Aster Crescent Residential Project

Time to sell the lawn mower!

Gary and Louella were set on putting turf in the front yard. We helped them do that by removing their tired landscaping and refreshed the front yard with new stone and artificial turf, keeping the curb appeal that they desired! Installation of walkways in the back will make clearing snow much easier in the winter months!

Work Stage 1

Excavation

A back yard with grass and a small shed

Front yard was excavated with a skid steer, however, the back yard was too small to fit a full size machine. We brought in a compact mini ex to excavate the back yard.

Work Stage 2

Paver Walkway Installation

Walkways are the beginning of the installation process. We install crusher dust across the whole area, as brick and turf use the same base. Once the pavers are installed they are filled with polymeric sand to finish the look!

Work Stage 3

Turf Installation

After all the bricks are installed we begin turf installation. Turf is laid in place, it is cut to fit the area, spiked around the perimeter, and lastly sand filled & broomed!
