About the Owner
In 2008, Monte Dobson began Rapid Lawn Landscape Solutions Ltd. as a sideline business with his wife, Jamie Dobson, and the ultimate dream of becoming their “own boss.” Monte has an extensive corporate background in agriculture and a University Degree in Environmental Science and Agronomy. At the time of starting the business, Monte was working in the agricultural industry as a sales and marketing rep for a large seed and chemical company. Using this knowledge and his unique skill set, he and his wife took on Rapid Lawn Landscape Solutions Ltd. full time in 2012. They pulled the plug on their corporate jobs and dove in headfirst.
At the beginning, the company mainly provided hydroseeding services. With demand increasing in the Regina region, Rapid Lawn Landscape Solutions Ltd. began expanding their services into the landscaping and lawn care realm. Escaping the confines of an office, Monte flourished in this setting, creating backyard oases and vibrant lawns. In fact, the rewarding aspect of the job and being outdoors is what drew him toward taking the company full-time in the first place.
Today, Monte and Jamie Dobson are proud to provide landscaping, hydroseeding, and lawn services to Regina, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas. With over 12 years in business, they are thrilled to offer exceptional employment opportunities and the highest quality services possible. He and his wife take great pride in bringing teams together and helping Regina residents achieve an outdoor space they love.

Rapid Lawn Landscape Solutions Ltd. was established in 2008. With over 12 years in business, it is a family-owned Regina based business, operated by the husband and wife team of Monte and Jamie Dobson. From humble beginnings, where it was primarily Monte, Jamie, and a staff of two, to employing teams of 20 and 30 people during their busy seasons, Rapid Lawn Landscape Solutions Ltd. has grown to service not only the Regina, Saskatchewan community, but also smaller areas within a 50 kilometre radius around the city. Rapid Lawn will also travel throughout the province depending on the size and scope of the project.
