Service Process
RELIABLE MOWING
For commercial lawn mowing consists of 3-4 team members who will arrive and complete your mowing service every one to two weeks. As soon as we arrive at the property, we unload our equipment and do a quick walk around to ensure there are no safety hazards. Our team, then, completes the mowing of your lawn or yard. Generally, we mow the turf to a height of about 2.5-3 inches. This keeps your lawn healthy, allowing it to hold moisture better and keep root systems intact.
FINISHING TOUCHES
We aim to make your property look pristine upon the completion of any service provided. Once mowing is complete, a team member will blow off all the sidewalks and driveways of any grass clippings. Upon request and for an additional cost, we will complete the edging at this time, making the lines look crisp and clean.
PROOF OF SERVICE
We track our teams via GPS software and reporting. This allows us to offer proof of service, especially when a site manager isn’t present onsite. It also provides us with up-to-date information so that we can relay to our commercial clients when our teams will arrive and when they have completed the services

STEP 1
STEP 1: You fill out our online form or give us a call.
STEP 2
STEP 2: We use Google Earth and Google Maps to measure the property and create a proper estimate. From there, one of our team members will provide a quote by phone or email within 48 hours.
STEP 3
STEP 3: Upon your acceptance of our quote, we place a credit card on file and schedule your mowing service to start within the next week. If there is ever a service delay due to rain, you will be notified by text or email, and your service will be completed on the next non-rainy business day.
Payment Details
Generally, smaller lots cost about $120 per month, with bigger lots costing upwards of $250 per month. Payments are made by credit card each month. With our new customer portal, payments are easier than ever before. You can access and pay your bills, look at your past billing history, and add other services if need be. Additional landscaping services, such as edging, weed control, fertilizing, and tree and shrub pruning, are not included in our standard mowing service, but can be provided at an additional cost.
