Service Process:
CAREFUL PLANNING
Typically, we begin any irrigation installation by drawing out a plan. This plan is then sent to our supplier to ensure we get the proper parts for the installation process. We can also take existing designs or measurements to create a proper irrigation plan.
IRRIGATION INSTALLATION
A 2-3 person crew, specializing in irrigation, will spend 1-2 days on your property to install your new irrigation system. If the irrigation system is going into an existing lawn, our team uses a specialized piece of equipment which creates as little disturbance in the lawn as possible. The parts are then installed and the trench is sealed upon completion. Our team never just slaps a system together. We carefully plan every piece and use only high quality parts, as well as perform any connection and pressure tests upon completion.
CLIENT SET-UP
Before we leave your property, we will show you how to properly use your new irrigation system. We will teach you how to use the timer and make adjustments as needed. Our team also provides a checklist of what to do and how to do it.
WINTERIZATION
Our team is proud to offer winterization for your irrigation system. This involves doing a full blow out of the system and getting it all set for the winter season.
REPAIR
For irrigation repair, we will order the part and replace it for you. Typically, our crews will spend about two hours on your property to complete a repair service. This service is further charged based on labour and part cost.
How Do I Get Started?
STEP 1
You fill out our online form or give us a call.
STEP 2
If you have a scaled drawing, we can make up a plan based on that. If not, we schedule an onsite consultation to measure the property so that we can draw up a proper plan and provide a quote.
STEP 3
Upon your acceptance of our quote, we place a credit card on file and are usually able to complete the service within a week.
Payment Details
Usually, residential irrigation, with full automation and a timer, will cost upwards of $2500. For irrigation system start-ups, the price typically falls around $100-150. For winterization or blow-out services, pricing starts at $75. Repair costs may vary depending on what part needs to be replaced and the labour involved. Our standard for all landscaping projects, including irrigation installation, is a 25% booking deposit, a 25% materials deposit prior to startup, and then the remaining 50% is due upon completion. We accept credit card, cheque, debit, and e-transfer.
